New Charity Event The Glastonbury Cycle Sportive - Saturday 20th June 2026

A brand new charity cycling sportive launching in 2026, launched by Festival Medical Services and Bridge 2 Aid, organised by Sky Blue Adventures. Featuring 30, 60 and 105 miles routes through stunning Somerset countryside. The route includes the ascent of Cheddar Gorge as well as other bucket list climbs including Alfred's Tower on the longer route.

The event challenges riders of all abilities while raising vital funds for two important charities.

The ride will start and finish at the event HQ; the Glastonbury Brewery. (a short walk from the town) This location offers limited camping and a venue that is just below the iconic Glastonbury Tor. The event is scheduled for the Summer Solstice Weekend which attracts the diverse and contemporary to the Tor and town.

• Camping available: £10 per tent (night before and night after) - toilets, water and sink facilities. Other campsites in the area with better facilities
• Solstice Walk: Sunday morning - join us at 0400 to celebrate summer solstice dawn at the top of Glastonbury Tor
